Nostalgic Wedding Location Shoot

Continuing from our previous post of Chiao-Chi and Thomas's intimate wedding ceremony, we had the opportunity to really get to know this sweet couple as we spent the day together travelling to different parts of Sydney for post-wedding shoots.

After visiting the iconic Sydney Opera House, we stopped by La Renaissance for some food and coffee while hair and make up artist, Carol Peng worked on a vintage-inspired look for Chiao-Chi.  Against the backdrop of the quaint Parisian style courtyard at the back of this bakery/cafe and the 18th-century buildings in the Rocks, we felt like we were transported back in time to the Victorian era.

We arrived next at Coogee Beach just in time for the sunset.  Chiao-Chi in her beautiful flowing gown had her first dance with Thomas to the sound of the ocean and with sands between her toes.

The University of New South Wales is a special place for Chiao-Chi and Thomas as this was where they first met and fell in love.  We had a lot of fun taking night photographs of the couple on campus, and Chiao-Chi rocking a beehive hairdo was the essence of a young 60s bride!

This memorable day ended with a city light shot at the bustling inter-section in front of the Queen Victorian Building.
